Payments
Prices are listed, starting at £30 for basics or £150 for fancier tiers. Pay via card, transfer, or cash on pickup; invoices due in 14 days. Refunds follow the Consumer Rights Act – no quibbles if it's not up to snuff.
Limitation of Liability
We're not on the hook for slip-ups from fuzzy details you give or allergies we couldn't foresee. Site glitches? That's tech life, no comeback there. We bake with care, but life's unpredictable.
Cancellations and Changes
Ditch orders 24 hours ahead for no fee; closer calls might sting a bit. We flag term tweaks here, kicking in from 4 November 2025.
Damage or Health Issues
If a cake causes a hitch or mishap, we'll probe and fix per UK law, capped at the order value. Our insurance has your back for peace of mind on deliveries.
Governing Law
